Consent to the processing of personal data

I give my consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Consent”) in relation to the processing of personal data on the basis of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ, which determines the procedure for processing personal data, as well as measures to ensure the security of personal data, undertaken by TD “AZOT” LLC (TIN 5042150840, e-mail info@azotstore.ru) (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”).

1.1 I am notified that the person organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of such processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data is TD “AZOT” LLC (INN 5042150840, e-mail info@azotstore.ru) (hereinafter - “Operator”).

1.2 The Operator processes personal data of the Personal Data Subjects in accordance with the purposes of such processing, which are listed in Chapter 6 of the Personal Data Processing Policy, i.e. performs all actions with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

I am familiarized with the Policy and the Consent by visiting the Operator's Website at https://drakebrake.ru, including Additional domains of the Website.
I am aware that the Operator processes the User's personal data only if it is filled in and (or) sent by the User through special forms located at https://drakebrake.ru, including Additional domains of the Website.

The personal data of the Personal Data Subjects processed in accordance with this Agreement include (hereinafter referred to as “Information”): Name, surname, e-mail address.
The Operator processes personal data belonging to the general category.
With regard to minors, the giving of consent to the processing of personal data is realized by their legal representatives.

In addition, I am familiarized with the purposes of collection of personal data of the Subjects of personal data:
- Providing information on incoming questions from users of the drakebrake.ru website;
- making calls and sending messages to provide information on issues.
Personal data may be used for other purposes, if they are mandatory under the laws of the Russian Federation.

The processing of personal data begins from the moment of receipt of personal data. After filling in all the data for submitting an application, the person wishing to receive the Service confirms the correctness and reliability of the data indicated by him/her and expresses his/her desire to submit an application by activating a field such as “Next” or another field similar to it in terms of functionality. At the same time, the person signs “V” opposite the boxes such as “I agree with the Personal Data Processing Policy”, “I consent to the processing of personal data”.

Any information that is transferred to the Operator orally or in writing via information and telecommunication network “Internet” or in any other way is considered confidential.
The Operator ensures the safety of personal data of the Personal Data Subjects received, except for the voluntary provision of information about him/herself by the Personal Data Subject for general access to an unlimited number of persons.

When using certain services, the Personal Data Subject agrees that a certain part of his/her personal information becomes publicly available.

I am notified that in the event of any inaccuracies in my personal data, I may update them myself by sending a notice to the Operator to the e-mail address info@azotstore.ru. Operator with the note “Personal Data Update”.

The period of personal data processing is unlimited. I may withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator to the e-mail address info@azotstore.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.

I confirm that I am acting of my own free will and in my own interest. This Consent is specific, informed and conscious.
